Lanyards can be decorated in a variety of ways depending on your needs and wants. We offer three methods of printing to offer the highest level of brand promotion. Here is how we decorate bulk lanyards.

Pad Printing

Pad printing is a classic means of decoration. This involves imprinting a brand or logo onto a 3D object, such as a lanyard. In simple terms, an image, such as your logo, is transferred from a silicone pad onto your product. This compresses the ink and applies the image to the product. This is the most common means of printing and allows for unique shapes and patterns of print.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is similar to pad printing but involves a mesh to transfer the ink onto the product. In this way, a blade is moved across the mesh to fill in the ink reserves and apply them to the product. This causes the ink to wet the lanyard and adhere to it. This printing method dates back to the 1960s and is likely to be used on a variety of promotional products.

Sublimation Decoration

Sublimation printing is a digital printing method that utilises dyes. This process occurs by transferring dyes onto a medium, such as a print roller or paper to hold the sublimation ink. This then gets heated and pressured onto an item, such as a lanyard. Through this method, the dye turns into a gas and absorbs itself into the lanyard. This method of printing is used in a variety of high-quality products and is increasingly popular due to its fine quality and durability.
